Happy August!!

 Hi Stampers!

I hope you all are having a very nice summer!  Summer where I live on the Oregon Coast has been pretty mild and cool for the most part, and I actually had to turn on our electric fireplace the other day.  We could stand for a little more warmth before fall and winter set in!

It's time for a brand new mini catalog and another round of Sale-A-Bration!!  Isn't that fabulous???  I mean, who doesn't like to get free stuff??  During Sale-A-Bration, when you spend a retail amount of $50, you can take a free pick from the Sale-A-Bration brochure!  There are also larger choices when you spend $100.  Sale-A-Bration will go from August 3rd through September 30th.  To see all the new items, go to my online store @ www.jannawilliams.stampinup.net/ beginning August 3, 2021.

I had some fun playing with the Welcoming Window Bundle and created this pretty card.

If you would like to see other products I used and a video of me creating this card, I have inserted the video below.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today!  I hope you will visit me again!

Happy Stamping,

Happy Holidays!!

 Hi Stampin' Friends!

I hope you are all doing well, wearing your masks and staying safe!

This is such a busy month for most everyone, and the time seems to fly by.  I am going to try and put up our Christmas tree this weekend, however we probably won't be having any get togethers this year, which makes me very sad.

On to more fun things...this Christmas card is an easy fun fold that you can duplicate and make many of.  It also does not have to be a Christmas card, you could use this design for any occasion.  I used the adorable Gnome For The Holidays stamp set (shop here) and the paper is the Classic Christmas Designer Series Paper (shop here).

That cute bow image is from the Gift Wrapped Bundle, it is a stamp and punch set that is adorable and fun!  (shop here)

The video showing the making of this card is below.  To shop for Stampin' Up! supplies with me, please click the link at the top of the page that will take you to my online store.  Be sure to use the December Host Code at checkout, QBCV3RJS  and if your order totals $35 or more, you will receive a gift from me in the mail next month, but you have to put the current monthly host code in at checkout to get the gift.   If your order totals $150 or more, do not use the host code, you will be your own host and will be prompted to choose your free gifts :)

 Here is the video...

The new Holiday Mini Catalog will start next month, and it is chock full of wonderfulness!  If you have ordered from me this year, you should be receiving one soon in your mailbox!

Hello 💓

Hi Stampers!

I have a sweet card to show you!  I created this card using the Arrange A Wreath bundle by Stampin' Up!

I really love all the elements to this stamp and die set!  There are 3 different wreaths, 1 in the stamp set and 2 in the die set, plus all the other elements and nice greetings which are perfect for holidays.  I'm not quite ready to create holiday cards, but I love how this card turned out and it is perfect for many different occasions!

That awesome wood-look paper is from the In Good Taste paper pack.  It's a great assortment of papers all having wood, tile, fabric type designs and all look like the real deal!

The "Hello" that I embossed on the sign for this wreath came from the Dressed To Impress stamp set, and I had to mask the stamp to just get the word "hello", but I love that font :)

You can find all the goodies to re-create this card in my online store here.

Here is the video of me creating this card, if you would like to see what I did :)

Thank you much for visiting my blog, please stop by again!

I'm Still Here!!

O.k. I'm on a mission to be better about blogging!  Even if it's just a quick entry!!  This cute card is from my last weekly Friday Funday video on Facebook.  I just love the cute umbrella sets, Under My Umbrella and Pretty Parasol which both coordinate with the Umbrella Builder punch.  I did use a retired paper pack from the last Sale-A-Bration, the papers are just so cute and also coordinate with the stamps and punch.
Here's my card....

The cute gingham ribbon that I used to make the bow is from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack.  This card would be perfect for either a baby shower or a bridal shower.

Overdue Blog Post

Hi Friends!
I know, it has been forever, well since last September, since I have done a blog post!  I have been a slacker!  Honestly, sometimes it is overwhelming trying to keep up with all of the social media postings, but I will try to do better in that regard.
I wanted to share this card today.  I made it using the Bonanza Buddies Bundle and the coordinating Designers Series Paper from that suite.  If you were to purchase those two items, it would qualify you for a free $50.00 level Sale-A-Bration item, and there are more items coming on board in the Sale-A-Bration selections on March 3rd.

This was a fun card to make!

I also used the Subtle embossing folder for the layer on top of the card base.
Here's the inside of the card....

Thanks for stopping by today!  Links for the items I used to make this card are posted below.
Happy Stamping!!
Hugs,

Gift of Cards

Hi Friends!
This week in my Stamp Your Stash video, I created cards using strips of patterned papers.  It's a great way to use up all of those scrap strips that you might be collecting :)

I thought it would be fun to make a set of these cards, along with a box to put them in, as a gift for a friend, so that's what I did!

I have included the video below, it shows the cards, and I give the measurements of the strips I used, but you can mix the strip sizes up however you choose, to create some really great cards.

I found several videos on YouTube of how to create a box using my envelope punch board, and the one I followed was this one by France Martin, Card Box with Envelope Punch Board.

I hope my friend will like this cute gift of cards!

By the way, pretty patterned papers are on sale this month at Stampin' Up!, and you can find them here.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy Stamping :)

Quilt Strips Card

Hello Stampin' Friends!
Today I have a fun technique card to share with you, Quilt Strips Card.
This is a great one to use up some of those patterned paper scrap pieces you have!
I used 1/2" strips, but you can choose to make them whatever size you want.
I followed a design that I had seen on Pinterest, but again, you can change the design up to make it your own.
I created this card for my Tuesday Stamp Your Stash video on facebook that focuses on using retired and current products from Stampin' Up.  In this case, the patterned papers and embellishments are retired products, and all the inks, card stock and stamps are current.  I used both the Itty Bitty Birthdays and Painted Harvest stamp sets.

I put a little Wink of Stella on the center of the sunflower, had to have just a touch of sparkle :)

Here is the video that I did making this card.

Start of A Little Tag Book

Hello Stampin' Friends!

My last Facebook Live video featured the cute Stampin' Up! set Birthday Goodness.
I created this tag, number two of a five page tag book.
My idea is for it to be a bit shabby chic/vintage looking.
All of the products are Stampin' Up! minus the tags themselves, I found those for a really great deal at Michael's Crafts store.  You get 60 in a box for a steal!  Otherwise, you can just make tags by recycling a cereal box or other chipboard type material.

I was tickled that I actually got the sparkle from the Wink of Stella that I put on the flowers, to show up in the photo!
The background paper is Whisper White card stock that I embossed using the Scripty 3D embossing folder and then lightly running the ink pad over the raised, embossed image.  The cute trim on the bottom was a die cut from a die in the Arts & Crafts bundle.  Oh, and the little rosebuds are from the Tea Together stamps and matching die set.

Here is a picture of both of the tags that I have created so far for this book.

All of the stamps on the first tag that I made are using the Birthday Goodness set, it is a super cute stamp set.

I colored all of the images with Stampin' Blends, I really love those markers!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today, and I hope you will visit again!

Leave A Little Sparkle!

Hi Friends!  Thank you for stopping by!
I absolutely love this stamp set,  Leave A Little Sparkle.  I think it is the prettiest unicorn stamp set that I have ever seen.
I had fun trying out a new-to-me card design using this set.  The card is a fun fold design, Triangle Corner Pop Up Card, but I think it is also called other things.  It is also an easel card, there is a lot going on in one design!  I started with an 8"x 8" square of card stock to make mine, but in some of the videos that I watched on YouTube, they made a smaller one using 6" x 6" card stock, you could really make it whatever size you want.
Here are the two that I made...

As you can see, when they are all folded up, they are square.  This is a card that you need to give in person, so you can show the recipient how to set it up, or else send directions with the card.  I used Wink of Stella on these to sparkle them up, but you can't really see the sparkle in the pictures.
I have included the video below that I did live making this card.

It's Your Day!

Hi Stampers!
I finally made a couple of wiper cards, and they were so much fun!!
If  you have never given it a try, I have included the link to the directions so that you can give it a go yourself!

These cards feature the super cute Stampin' Up! set, Over The Moon, but the cow spots were stamped with two stamps from the Love What You Do set.  The greeting came from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set, and the pretty embossed paper was achieved using the Country Floral Embossing folder.

I love interactive cards!

The red card used the colors Cherry Cobbler & Rococo Rose and the purple card used Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.

What you can't really see is all the sparkle detail on the cows.  I used Wink of Stella for that.

Here is the video that I did creating these cards.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Stamp Your Stash!

Hi Stampers!
Have you been building your stash of stamping/paper crafting supplies??  I have for quite a number of years!  Because of that, I think it's a shame to not use or show samples just because a stamp set has retired, so I decided to add to my weekly live Facebook videos and do one that combines past Stampin' Up! products with the fresh and new.  Just because something retires, doesn't mean I quit liking it, I still want to use and enjoy it as I'm sure you do too!

For these cards I chose the adorable Beautiful Ride stamp set, which is retired, and combined it with current product.  The only other retired product was the yellow organdy ribbon.  I think they both turned out so cute!

What you can't really see in the photographs, is the glimmer on the cars, they are sparkly from going over them with Wink of Stella.

If you don't have the Beautiful Ride stamp set, there are a couple of other current stamp sets that I think would be really great on this card...Ride with Me and Geared Up Garage.  Both of these sets have dies to go with them, and the Ride with Me set can also be bundled with the die set if you are interested.

Here is the Facebook Live video that I did making the first card.

Bridge Fold Cards

Hi Stampin' Friends!
Spring is getting close!!
I know we are all ready for some warmer weather :)  I came across this fun card design, and I mean this is a fun card to make....so many possibilities!
These are the three that I have made so far, and all of them are made using Stampin' Up! products.

This card features the Painted Blooms stamps and paper bundle, which you can get for free with a $100 order during Sale A Bration.  The center panel I stamped and the side panels are using the Design Series Paper.  I love how this card stands up like a little decoration, and yet folds down flat for mailing!!

This one features the Country Road stamp set available in the main catalog, and I also used the Hardwood background stamp to create the side panels, that stamp is also in the main catalog.

Lastly, this card features the Butterfly Gala papers and stamps.  The only parts stamped on this one is the greeting and the leafy pieces (from the Painted Blooms set), all other designs are utilizing the Design Series Papers.  The polka dot pattern is the opposite side of the butterfly pattern used here.  I think it turned out so pretty!

Here are the measurements for the card pieces,
Main card base, 8" x 4 1/4"
Score at 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 5 1/2", 6 3/4"
Side panels, card stock layer, 1" x 4", you will need 4 pieces
Side panels design paper, 3/4" x 3 3/4", you will need 4 pieces
Middle section, card stock layer, 2 3/4" x 4 "
Middle section, design layer, 2 1/2" x 3 3/4"
Bridge across, cardstock layer, 1 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Bridge across, design paper, 1" x 5 1/4"

I have included the live video below, that I did making this card, and you can shop for the supplies on my web store at www.jannawilliams.stampinup.net

Sweet Cupcake

Hello!

Today I made this sweet cupcake card just for the fun of it!
The Hello Cupcake stamp set is one that you can get for free when spending $50 during the Sale A Bration promotion for Stampin' Up!
Beginning March 1st, the die set to match will be available and you gotta love that!  I would much rather die cut something than having to fussy cut it out :)
 Here's the card,

The cupcake is put together from 3 stamps, the cupcake cup, the cake and then the frosting and I used the matching dies to cut out the 3 separate pieces and then put them together.  The little heart pick and flower are also separate stamps.  I put a little Wink of Stella on the heart pick for a bit of shimmer.

\
The polka dot design paper is from the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper pack and is also something that you can earn for free, from the Sale A Bration promotion.

Thank you so much for stopping by!  I would love to be your Stampin' Up! demonstrator, or have you join my team!  Shop with me at www.jannawilliams.stampinup.net

Envelope of Love

Hi Stampers!
I do a weekly segment on my Facebook page of Friday Funday.
This was the card I made on yesterday's Live.
I got the inspiration from a card that I had saved from Pinterest.
All products are Stampin' Up! with the exception of the ribbon, which I found at Dollar Tree.
This card features the Meant To Be Bundle of stamps and dies from the current
Occasions catalog.

I used the envelope punch board to create that cute little envelope on the front of the card.
Here is the video....

Geared Up Garage

Hi Stampers!
Today I have a couple of cards that I made using products from the Classic Garage Suite from Stampin' Up!

I love this suite!  The papers are all so fun and so are the coordinating embellishments.
You can see everything available in this suite by clicking here.

I think these cards are perfect for that guy who is a car lover.

I created the background using the exhaust stamp from the Geared Up Garage stamp set.  The patterned papers are from the suite and I used the Sunburst Card design to create that fun layer.  You can find a bunch of video tutorials on this card style by searching Sunburst Card on You Tube.  The Garage Gears die set is a must have, I really love that they cut AND emboss!!  Did you know that you save 10% by bundling Stampin' Up! stamp and die sets where available?
I also used the Pretty Label Punch on both of these cards behind the greeting.

Thanks so much for dropping by, and I would love to have you shop with me.

Happy Stamping!

Joy Fold Card

Hello Stampin' Friends!

How cute are these fun cards?!  Being a brand new demonstrator, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Stampin' Up kit and other goodies that I have ordered, but in the meantime I wanted to get going, so I am working with what I already have in my stash.  The Baby Bear stamp set is in the current catalog, and what a cute and fun set!  It is much more versatile than only making baby cards with it, use it for birthday, thinking of you, Valentine's Day and much, much more!
Here are the measurements to make this fun Joy Fold card, and the little inside card overlaps the outer base card:
Main card base, 8 1/2" x  1/4", score at 5 1/2"
Inside solid color layer, 4" x 5 1/4"
Inside Designer Series Paper layer, 3 3/4" x 5"
Outside solid color layer (on left side of card), 2 3/4" x 4"
Outside Designer Series Paper layer, 2 1/2" x 3 3/4"
 Smaller base card, 8" x 3" score at 4"
Solid color layer 2 3/4" x 3 3/4"
Main image is cut out and layered on top, or you can stamp the whole top layer on 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and layer onto the solid color layer.
Here is a live video I did of making one of these cards.
